TX0 / TX1 outputs and RX0–RX3 inputs
HDfury's names for the two video outputs (TX0 = main/upscale, TX1 = downscale) and the four inputs.
What is it?
RX (receive) 0–3 are the four HDMI inputs. TX (transmit) 0 is the main output — it carries ARC/eARC and CEC and is the upscale port; TX1 is the second output and the downscale port for HDCP 1.4 / 1080p devices. The third HDMI connector, 'Audio out', is a self-generated 720p/1080p stream carrying only audio.
Why it matters with the HDfury Vertex²
Knowing the roles matters: connect your best display (4K TV, eARC TV) to TX0, the older projector/AVR/capture device to TX1, and a non-4K AVR to Audio out. The OLED and INFO page report signal details per RX and TX.
How to use it on the Vertex²
Labels on the unit: HDMI TX0 (ARC/CEC/UP), HDMI TX1 (DOWNSCALE), AUDIO OUT (720p/1080p). Route with the OUT0/OUT1 buttons or the web server port selector.
